I’m Wyashika S. Conner, a financial executive, consultant, and founder of WSC Accounting Services with more than 20 years of professional experience and over 17 years of experience in accounting, finance, and operational leadership.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with organizations ranging from small businesses to multi-location companies and public-sector organizations, giving me a broad perspective on the financial and operational challenges businesses face at different stages of growth. My experience includes, but is not limited to, full-cycle accounting, financial planning and analysis, and budgeting.
Most recently, I served as Chief Financial Officer of a multi-location company, where I led financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and enterprise-wide financial systems. I also served as a strategic advisor to company leadership, using financial data and analysis to support business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term planning.
My leadership experience extends beyond traditional accounting. Throughout my career, I have led teams, developed reporting tools and KPIs, implemented new financial and operational systems, and improved business processes. In a previous leadership assignment, my work restructuring pricing and incentives contributed to a 40% increase in profitability.
Originally established as an accounting services practice, WSC has evolved to reflect the depth of experience I’ve gained throughout my career. Today, I provide financial consulting and strategic advisory services to small and midsize business owners, focusing on financial analysis, business planning, profitability, cash flow, and informed financial decision-making. I also provide financial education and QuickBooks training designed to help business owners better understand their numbers and build sustainable, scalable operations.
What I bring to my clients is more than accounting knowledge. Through WSC Accounting Services, I combine decades of accounting experience, executive financial leadership, and a passion for teaching to help business owners know their numbers, understand their businesses, and grow with confidence. My goal is to make financial information practical and understandable, giving business owners the knowledge and insight they need to make confident decisions about their businesses.
I am also a Texas Notary Public and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).

Engagements are accepted case by case and priced according to transaction volume, complexity and scope.
